About Our Chef/Owner Our chef/owner was an executive chef for hotels and restaurants for 15 years before opening Fino Italian Restaurant. He was ranked "#1 Chef" at the Scranton, Pennsylvania, Food Festival in 1987, and even catered Nancy Reagan's functions. He was also the sous-chef at the prestigious Shoreham Hotel™ in Washington, DC.
